to Technology Staffing Solutions, Inc. ("TSS") and
our website, TssCorp.com ("Site"). At TSS, the
privacy of our users is very important to us. We are committed
to protecting your privacy when you access or use our Site
in any way. This Privacy Policy represents the nature of our
information gathering and dissemination practices, and is
incorporated by reference into TSS's Terms of Use. Capitalized
terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings
assigned to them in our Site’s Terms of Use.
Collection
and Use of Information
When
you subscribe to the Service, we first establish a Subscriber
Profile. To do this, we ask for information such as your name,
email address, mailing address, phone and fax number, title/role,
company name, company revenues, Federal employer identification
number, number of employees, annual budget, number of years
in business, industry focus and buyers and/or suppliers of
your products or services ("Profile Information").
We use your Profile Information to improve our marketing and
promotional efforts, statistically analyze Site usage, and
the content and offerings on the Site. We may also use Profile
Information for market research purposes and to generate aggregate
reports on purchasing trends, interests, and behavior. We
do not, without your express consent, share your Profile Information
with any other user or third party. We do, however, provide
users of our Site with information necessary to facilitate
the submission of requests and responses between Buyers and
Suppliers. This information is specifically described to you
on our Site before you submit the data.
We use your email address, and, if necessary, your mailing
address, phone or fax number, to contact you when necessary
to clarify or confirm information you have submitted in connection
with a request or response.
When you come to the Site, we also automatically track your
IP address, the type and version of the browser you are using,
your operating system and the URL you just came from. We do
not pass any such individually identifiable information on
to third parties. We use your IP address to help troubleshoot,
track performance and Site usage, and to help improve Site
design.
We may also request additional information for online surveys,
chat rooms, identification verification, contests, sweepstakes,
etc. We will be required by law to disclose the name of the
winner of a contest, giveaway or sweepstakes offered on this
Site to any person or entity that requests such information.
We do not pass any such individually identifiable information
on to third parties.
If you choose to post a request or response, we collect the
information contained in and related to such postings. This
information is used to deliver the Service and provide complete
information to your buyers or suppliers. We do not pass any
such individually identifiable information on to third parties.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or
letters, or if other Users or third parties send us correspondence
about your activities on the Site, we may collect such information
in a specific file for you. We do not pass any such individually
identifiable information on to third parties.
We may disclose Profile Information or other Subscriber information
in special cases when we have reason to believe in good faith
it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action
against someone who may be causing injury to or interfering
with (either intentionally or unintentionally) TSS's rights
or property, other TSS users, or anyone else who could be
harmed by such activities. We may also disclose any such information
when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
We may use the Profile Information we collect to occasionally
notify you via e-mail about new offerings from TSS and special
offers we think you might find useful.
As mentioned above, we may have to contact you to confirm
information submitted in connection with your request or response
to a buyer or supplier (as the case may be). Additionally,
an TSS representative may follow up with a call after a request
or response is submitted to ensure you are satisfied with
the Service.
Our Site contains options for opting out of receiving future
communications (except for those required for operation of
the Site) at the point where we request information from the
user. From time to time, we will send out emails about new
features, success stories and best practices, participating
companies and other newsworthy information. Although this
information is not critical for successful use of the Site,
we believe it will enhance the value you realize from our
Service. You can also select the opt out options when completing
your Profile Information. If at some point in the future,
there is a change to our information usage practices that
affect your Profile Information, we will notify you by email
of the relevant change(s). At the time of this message, you
will be able to opt-out of this information usage by sending

of the material on such Web sites or any association with
their content. Your access and use of such sites, including
information, material, products and services therein, shall
be solely at your own risk. Because the Privacy Policy of
our Site is applicable only when you are using or accessing

Cookies
We
use cookies to maintain your security and authentication information
for a session. If a cookie is rejected, you will not be able
to use the Site. Cookies allow you to enter your password
less frequently during your session. While cookies are not
linked to any personally identifiable information, the session
ID will be used as described in paragraph 3. The cookies we
use are generally "session cookies," meaning that
they are automatically deleted at the end of your session.
Control
of Passwords
Your
userid and password should be maintained as confidential and
should not be distributed or disclosed to third parties. It
is your responsibility to notify us if you have forgotten
your password or if you need to change or discontinue your
user ID and password, and you may do so by contacting us at
Sales@TssCorp.com. It is also your responsibility to request
such discontinuation immediately upon your knowledge or belief
that your user ID and/or password is or may be subject to
a breach of confidentiality or unauthorized use. Note that
TSS will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited
phone call or email.
Security
Transmission
of information over the Internet cannot be guaranteed 100%
secure. However, TSS places a high premium on security and
privacy. Access to our Site is password protected, and a firewall
protects our database from outsiders. The technology running
the Site resides in a secure co-location facility. All of
our employees are made aware of our security policies and
practices, and any changes or updates thereto. We periodically
review our security policies and procedures and update them
as necessary to ensure the protection of user information
obtained via the Site.

and Updates

you would like to update or correct any Profile Information
collected and used by TSS, please send us an e-mail at the

You also have the option to change or modify information previously
provided by revising your member profile online. You can access
your Profile from the "My Profile" screen on the
Site.
Consent
This
Privacy Policy is incorporated in, and subject to, TSS Terms
of Use statement. By accessing or using our Site in any way,
you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy,
as well as other terms, conditions or notices on this Site
without modification. Changes to the terms of this Privacy
Policy, and your acceptance of such changes, shall be in accordance
with TSS's Terms of Use.
